Displaying ornate woodwork, the gate is guarded by two fearsome-looking but benevolent guardian dieties, Lord Un and Ah. You'll see what the pilgrims of the olden days saw, as they ended their travels and arrived here, the headquarters of the Shingen Buddhist sect.
