What began as one store in St. Thomas back in 1986 has now blossomed into more than 140 locations. Diamonds International is now one of the largest jewelry retailers in the world. With more locations in the Caribbean than any other fine jeweler, Diamonds International stretches from the company's New York City headquarters into Mexico, Central America and as far as Alaska. To visit Diamonds International and other attractions in Cabo San Lucas, use our Cabo San Lucas tour itinerary website.
The founders of Diamonds International are both graduates of the Gemological Institute of America. They personally oversee every aspect of the company’s daily operations, and source stones from the world’s largest diamond mines, allowing Diamonds International to offer exquisite jewelry — at the best possible value — directly to the public.
Throughout the company’s history, it has distinguished itself by providing a comfortable shopping atmosphere and an outstanding customer service. Whether enjoying a Caribbean vacation or sun bathing in the Pacific Mexican coast, thousands of people look for Diamonds International and its sister stores — Tanzanite International, Diamonds International Watch & Design and the online store at www.ShopDI.com — to provide them with luxury jewelry, elegant timepieces, and the finest gemstone products at an unsurpassed value, while offering a U.S.A based customer service department.
Diamonds International is proud to present the Puerto Paraiso renovated store which was re- opened to the public during December 2010 to become the third high end store Diamonds International holds in Cabo San Lucas, alongside the downtown flag store and the pier store. Designed by a New York based interior designer, the store, which is considered to be one of the company’s most impressive stores, demonstrates a unique design which combines different elements of nature such as wood, water and marble to create a piece of art which will turn your shopping experience into a pleasurable one.
The outstanding Crown Of Light diamond cut which can be found exclusively worldwide in the Diamonds International stores alongside a wide selection of diamonds, a unique Tanzanite jewelry collection with loose stones that can be seldom found in other retail stores in the continental United States nor Mexico, unique time pieces of globally known brands such as Harry Winston, Piaget, Phillip Stein, Gerrad Peregaux and others, all these, in addition to many other exclusive brands are to be found at the Diamonds International Cabo San Lucas stores to ensure you an opulence jewelry shopping experience.
Diamonds International Reviews
Both Dinesh, the store manager, and Kapil, our salesman were very friendly. They changed out my wife's watch battery for free since we had purchased it there back in 2010. What we thought would be..... more »
My wife bought a crown of light diamond ring and then with a consultant turned it into a pendant. The people in this store do not follow you around and they also stop pushing when you tell them... more »
We purchased a few items from this location. The owner provided some nice perks with our business. They welcomed our children and offered refreshments. The only negative that I have is that they tried to get my cousin to purchase a piece of jewelry that was out of her price range by saying she could put the purchase on my credit card and pay me back personally (which I find unacceptable). They paid for our taxi back to the pier, but kept saying that the cruise ship would not leave us, even though we were still in their store 10 min before the last tender was scheduled to depart. The paperwork was nerve racking.
My family visited this stop after arriving with a VIP pass from Carnival Splendor. There was a welcome event for cruise passengers so there were free drinks and snacks. My mom bought a beautiful blue diamond necklace here from Crown of Light. She loves it a lot! We had a budget in mind and the staff was kind enough to negotiate with his manager and get us a discount. Tourists can get a 8.9% tax refund back from the Mexican government. Overall, we had a pleasant experience!
