  • the event is well set up, but it also called pressure. You can stay here for a whole day because food and drink is included but there is no place to swim. You can only under guidance swimming with dolphins, snorkeling and kayaking. We had here so another version of. know that it is also very touristy as there always are many cruise ships come to swim with dolphins. also are the photos made there are excessively expensive. (you may not itself taking pictures)

  • I didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth but the kids who got to ride were very happy with this activity. I did the encounter with a 4 yo. We had to stand on rocky ledge the whole time which was un...  more »
  • I was reluctant to do this tour, as it was quite cool outside, and the water was cold. But I am glad that I did it, as it was the best dolphin experience I have had in my many adventures throughout th...  more »

  • Would be 5 star if it was a little more organized and the pictures weren't $30 a piece or for $160 you can get the whole groups pics in digital format. Problem is whether you're a group of 5 or of 2 you pay $160 for all the pics. The Dolphin experience was well worth it, but they don't let you take your own pics. Food was good drinks were included, bring a towel. Facilities are clean.
  • A great place to bring the family to interact with, and even ride on top of, dolphins. We spent about 45 minutes in the water with the dolphins, with the remainder of our rime preparing to get in the water, and eating lunch afterwards. Lunch was pretty good. They had the option to kayak in their roped off cove, but the area was too small to be enjoyable. Be prepared to spend a lot off money on the pictures they take of your experience, if you choose to purchase them.
  • We technically did spend around 45 mins in the water with the dolphins. However the amount of interaction/person is relatively limited. We were all pulled through the water, kissed by, held, and touched the dolphin. Each of these things are done individually (meaning you spend the most of the time against the wall) for about two minutes at the maximum. The experience was good, mind you we spent the maximum amount. The cheapest package was very much lackluster. The prices are about 2 or 3 times what they should be. The prices of the photos & video packages are egregious. If you do this excursion, bring someone that will not get in the water so you aren’t paying $250us for 5 low quality photos. There is an overlook near the buffet where you can get a good vantage point for photos and videos.
  • Fantastic all inclusive experience here. Staff were great with my 5 year old daughter. We had a wonderful time, and prices were far more reasonable than other dolphin attractions.
  • Gold VIP bracelet- Wow a 5 star experience! Friendly, courteous, educational staff. Dolphin inteaction the best I have have experienced on Cozumel. Snorkeling included sting rays, starfish, eels, pelican water landings with great Cozumel great viability & water temp. kayaking & paddle boarding too. Dining options were beautifully presented, & oh soo delish. Several dining options including ceviche, caesar salad, beef & fish options. The suprise was the the upstairs Sundeck pool...with a beautiful ocean view, & another bar. What a fun day!

Where to stay in Cozumel

Most accommodations in Cozumel line the island's western shoreline, offering excellent beach access and the airport. Avenida Rafael E. Melgar provides the widest range of hotels and private rentals, with some of the more spacious and relaxed options sitting around 10 km (6.2 mi) south of the town center. Budget-conscious travelers should look to the main township, where a selection of smaller guesthouses and pensions can be found just a few streets back from the beach.
