  • The snorkelling here was fantastic! We saw so many different kinds of fish. Some of fish were very playful and schooled around us close enough to touch. We also saw some eels, a giant crab, and a puffer fish. There was so much to see in the water.
  • Great drinks and food. They have a great happy hour deal (2 for 1) which is great for larger groups. The sunset here are beautiful. Beware of mosquitos once the sunsets... ask waiters for some repellent. On Saturday nights, they have live music with a dance floor which is always a good time! Overall good service with good ambience.
  • This is a must when in Cozumel. The money bar is everything you'd expect from a five star Island Resort Restaurant. Everything just worked out perfectly. Try the grilled Seafood platter, you will not be disappointed; much like if you ordered anything else here.
  • This beach club is great. No entry fee and they do not pressure you to buy loads of food and drinks. There is also a place to hire snorkelling gear as part of the same complex. It's called "Tigers" I think. I had my own mask and snorkel so just hired fins / flippers (US$10 / 200P). A good thing they have is free lockers. I am travelling alone so it was nice to be able to lock up my valuables while I was out snorklling. The snorkelling is very good. There is a "no boat zone" right out the front of their beach club, set up with a 150m (450ft) set of yellow buoys about 50m (150ft) off the beach. There are lots of fish, eels, stingray etc. The closer to the buoys the better. It gets to a max of about 6m (18ft). A lot of artificial reef structures are in this snorkelling area which have good growth so must have been put in years ago. I would defiantly come again and I highly recommend it.
  • Best place for a swim and the band playing. Happy hour 5 to 7:00. 100 pesos for good chicken wing, get a nice salad and good snorkeling too. About 15 minutes from town or less. Good is good with Gish dinner costing 180 pesos.. Less than $9.00. Easy to find. Free parking and wheel chair friend my

Where to stay in Cozumel

Most accommodations in Cozumel line the island's western shoreline, offering excellent beach access and the airport. Avenida Rafael E. Melgar provides the widest range of hotels and private rentals, with some of the more spacious and relaxed options sitting around 10 km (6.2 mi) south of the town center. Budget-conscious travelers should look to the main township, where a selection of smaller guesthouses and pensions can be found just a few streets back from the beach.
