Me and my girlfriend went on the Etosha express tour with these guys. It was great! Our guide Gideon was really good and helpful. He did all the work but it was always outstanding! In etosha we saw all the animals that we whised to see and more. Some days with long hours of driving but so much worth it. The lodges we stayed at where top notch. We higly recommend Chameleon safaris.

In regards to the review from Er Ta: We did not receive any complaint during his trip and when he dropped the vehicle back at Namvic, he didn't mention he had problems with the vehicle. We heard from him a few days later stating they couldn't sleep in the roof top tent because it was uncomfortable and they had to buy a new mattress but this still wasn't comfy enough to sleep in. We suggested he come in for a meeting with Namvic (the car rental company) to help resolve any issues and with a view that they would offer some form of refund (as he was in Windhoek for a further 5 days but he declined). We requested he send pictures to show any problems with the equipment, as well as any receipts for accommodation and/or the mattress (only the old mattress was returned to Namvic) but to date have not received anything from him. We wrote a further two emails requesting for receipts and to-date have not heard. We always try to resolve issues with clients if they have been unhappy for any reason but some responsibility must also come from the individual in helping for the issues to be resolved.
