I took my 9yr old son and they accommodated him by adding some cushions to allow his feet to touch the pedals. Took a few laps to get into it but after that I struggled to get him home. The staff... more »

Staff are epically rude and obnoxious Staff are not trained on using zapper so had to pay full price even though a discount is offered . Either incorrect advertising or untrained staff . Even after trying to explain this to the guy , he seemed to know more about life , than life itself . Any how , Tim has kindly offered me a refund at another branch as I would not like to come back to a place with stubborn and arrogant staff . Some other reviews on staff below , maybe take a hint on resolving that, don’t fire them , just teach them people skills . Time will tell on the refund , principal not money ! I would say choose another branch guys . No use spending on entertainment that ends up leaving you annoyed . Will only ruin the family time vibe .
