This place is nice to go swimming at the tidel pool. The water gets warm when the tide is out. When the tide comes in, it gets cold because of the water exchange. But, on the whole it's a nice place to picnic. We had put the gazebo up and had a cool day.

Picturesque tidal pool and hole in the wall for photo opportunities. Tidal pool great for snorkeling but full of sea urchins and moss. Change room facilities not very clean. Life guards on duty. Nice beach to put up an umbrella and relax. However, not a very good swimming spot. Current very strong and lots of waves. I did not enjoy my time at the beach here cos I like to be in the water to swim. Parking is limited and the trek down to the beach with all ur stuff is a long walkway down. Not great for seniors and kids. Especially going back up to ur car after a tiring swim. Restaurants and shops are quite a way off. Can get very busy during peak periods.
