Emerald City

Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Take a break from the city and head to Snoqualmie Falls and Marina Beach Park. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Puget Sound Express and Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. Step out of Seattle to go to North Bend and see Bybee Blueberry Farm, which is approximately 1h 10 min away. There's lots more to do: take in panoramic vistas at Sky View Observatory, let your taste buds guide you at a local gastronomic tour, walk around Gas Works Park, and make a trip to Space Needle.
