Mexicali is the capital city of the Mexican state of Baja California and seat of the Municipality of Mexicali. Escape the urban bustle at Canon de Guadalupe and Cerro Prieto. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Museo Sol del Nino and Plaza Galerias del Valle. There's lots more to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, try your luck at Arenia Casino, don't miss a visit to Geotermica, and see the interesting displays at Instituto de Investigaciones Culturales - Museo UABC.

Valle de Guadalupe, or Francisco Zarco is a village located in the Ensenada Municipality, Baja California, Mexico, 20 km north of the city of Ensenada. Rivera del Pacifico and Vinos Pijoan are good opportunities to explore the local culture. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at El Salto Canyon & Waterfall and Finca La Carrodilla.
