Experience a piece of Hollywood history at Greystone Mansion and Park. After a turbulent past of interchanging ownership following the murder/suicide of original owner Ned Doheny in 1929, Beverly Hills eventually ended up purchasing the estate in 1965, later converting it into a public park. Entrance into the mansion is usually closed off, but you can stroll around the park for free and admire the beautifully arranged gardens and great views of the city. If the iconic Hollywood grounds look familiar, it's probably because they've been the centerpiece of many movies and TV shows. Just keep in mind that smoking, picnicking, sports, pets, and loud music are prohibited in the area. Very hidden gem in Los Angeles. Beautiful place to go and explore. Plenty of parking and its free to visit. Lots of stairs so be aware if you have someone in your party that can't be going up and down stairs. Beautiful fountain and scenery of Los Angeles city. Pretty chill and relaxing place to visit.
One of the jewels of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. It's free, it has plenty of parking. Even the parking is free. The grounds are amazing. Just checking the list of movies and shows filmed here gives you an idea of how beautiful everything is. Everything is well-maintained. I would recommend. They do have restrooms and water fountains.
