  • Excellent for local history, funded by Made in Humboldt. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent resource for schools, very sensitive to local native culture, authentic regalia on loan from local tribes members.
  • Very cute museum! Especially loved the "Victorian" exhibit and its beautiful pieces. Admission is free but donations are appreciated to keep them going. Friendly staff upfront and games fornthe childten if they arnt into looking at a lot of historical pieces from around Humboldt County. The one thing I would love to see is some more volunteers or employees throughout the museum itself, instead of just upfront, to assist in answering some questions about the exhibits themselves. Will definitely return in the future and hope I can ask some question. Lovely Museum!
