Triangle Tattoo & Museum was founded in 1986 by tattooists Mr.G. and Madame Chinchilla. It is one of only a few public museums in the world dedicated to the display of tattoo artifacts. Located in downtown Ft. Bragg, across from the Guest House Museum, the collection is fittingly housed in one of the town's original Victorian store fronts. I had a tattoo done this past weekend. It's absolutely beautiful. The artist listened and worked with me for quite some time. The result is a more perfect expression of my vision than I dreamed. My granddaughters went through the museum and were impressed. Mr. G wasn't obviously there but Madame Chinchilla is a treasure.
I had my first tattoo done here when I turned 18 (in 1993). I always said I would come back!! Its funky, interesting and although a little pricey, I'm 100% comfortable with their sterilization techniques and that's super important to me. Niki was amazing and spent a great amount of time making sure I got what I wanted and would have no regrets. This was a tribute to my stepdad and had to be what I wanted. I can't wait to come back next year with my girls. Thank you Niki!
