  This pretty park is such a welcome escape, especially on a warm, sunny day. Spending time there gazing at the Sound and strolling the sumptuously landscaped grounds is just what the doc ordered!  more »

  I went for the Lighthouse, but you could hardly see it because it's so far out into the Sound, and the park was lovely, but I was shocked at the amount of garbage on the beach that no one seems to...  more »

  Beautiful park but filthy shoreline. I noticed upon entering that you have to be a resident but since I visited off season I didn’t have to show ID. This park has a playground for kids, A beautifully landscaped lawn and gardens, docks on the Long Island Sound. But as I walked along the beach I couldn’t believe the amount of plastic bags, bottle caps, bottles, construction debris that I saw.. I started to clean it up but it was too much for one person. Please help,
