  • Decent parking and easily accessible restroom when you first enter. There's also a couple of picnic tables tucked into the shade of the redwoods at the entrance. The beginning of the trail has a steep incline that some with mobility issues may find difficult to climb but once you're beyond that it is a beautiful, serene hike among the giants. The redwood groves have an ethereal and primordial feel about them. Since we had 4 kids with us we didn't hike the entire 2 mile loop but they really enjoyed the adventure as well. All in all it is a fantastic, family friendly, magical experience.
  • This place is beautiful and peaceful and full of amazing nature finds. Also great fun for the kids. Definitely something there for everyone!
