A natural pool forms at the base of the steep gorge, with calm waters surrounded by lush native vegetation. This irresistible swimming spot attracts thousands of visitors each year, arriving here after an exciting climb up a rustic trail. Camping areas with basic toilet facilities, as well as picnic tables and barbecues, are available nearby. Adventurous travelers can also choose a 4WD tour in and around the area. Keep in mind that freshwater crocodiles often live in natural pools such as this one, and although they are usually shy around people, they should not be disturbed or approached.     What a special place. It is busy with lots of people coming in but it doesn't dull its charm. Bring lunch but please ensure you take everything out.

    The walk out to Maguk is good and not that hard.After doing Jim Jim this was a park in the park(excuse my pun).Very pretty and the water in the pool was not cold like many of the others.A nice easy...
