  • Nice staff and good exhibition. The museum itself is not big as it’s in a traditional Japanese machiya house. You can also try ninja darts (shuriken) for around 500 yen.

  • Was super fun experience here!!! Loved throwing the ninja weapon and the museum! Was a surprising discovery to find this! Wasn’t very obvious on the street as it was surrounded by closed restaurants. The staffs were super friendly to help and explain the whole museum in Japanese.
  • Amazing museum containing tons of historical items. I was lucky and met the owner and staff who stopped what they were doing to walk us through the museum and explain the different artifacts and their uses. They also have Tsuba from the Edo period for sale and are able to provide a history and explanation of the meaning of each one. One of my favorite museums/experiences in Japan (I’ve lived here three years and have been to quite a few). I highly recommend stopping and seeing this or any of the other museums ran by this gentleman (doll museum a few doors down and a Samurai museum in Tokyo).
