Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacan Estacionamiento Puerta 5
Step back in time at Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacan Estacionamiento Puerta 5, one of the best preserved examples of Mesoamerican civilization in modern-day Mexico. The enormous complex was, in its heyday, a city of more than 125,000 people, making it one of the largest hubs on the planet during its era. Pay attention to the deliberate, measured way in which the city was planned, with importance placed on the location of specific temples and pyramids. Take a guide with you to fully appreciate the city's history. Also beware of aggressive souvenir vendors at the entrance to the complex. Add Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacan Estacionamiento Puerta 5 and other attractions to your San Juan Teotihuacan trip itinerary using our San Juan Teotihuacan journey planning app.

This place is a must see on a visit to Mexico. The whole zone is jaw dropping with the pyramids being absolutely incredible. This site is quite well documented, and a lot of info is on plaques as...

This place is truly breathtaking! It will transport you to another time and you will not believe your eyes. You can feel the energy in the air. It’s really warm and there is no shade. Put on lots of sun screen and wear a hat. Bring water and pesos. Be prepared to walk. This use to be a city that housed almost 200k people. This place is massive. There is a little store by the bathrooms. Fantastic popsicles! They also sell water just in case. This place will not disappoint you!

A good place to get away from everything and wander around by yourself, if you’re one of those intellectual introvert travelers like me. The air’s phenomenally clear, and perhaps stay another night to catch a ride with the hot air balloons six in the morning. Enjoy!
