Built in the late 19th century to help ships navigate the treacherous pass from the Southeast Caribbean to the Atlantic, Faro Los Morrillos today continues to serve its original purpose as well as offer a look into history and views of the ocean. Explore the simple lighthouse, which has been automated since 1967. From the front of the lighthouse, stand above the cliffs for a 360-degree view of the Caribbean. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes to safely climb around on the cliffs. Bathrooms are available nearby. The road to get there is terrible, better to have higher vehicle. The lighthouse is closed however the area around is easily accessible. Great views from the surrounding cliffs.

Amazing views from any angle! Short walk up the hill bring water because is very hot. Rough dirt road for a period of the trip. Romantic scenic walk and if you bring kids great exploring trip!

Beautiful scenery with clear blue water. Loved the wild/less explored feel of this beach. You can spend the whole day going around the area discover cool spots..... There were some stray dogs that looked dehydrated and hungry....not sure how they got there.😥 We gave them left over food so make sure to bring something good for them.

Incredible views of the Caribbean Sea and stunning cliffs. An easy hike when with young children, though be aware of the crumbling cliff edges and stay back. Gorgeous!
